An unusual day out!
Situated about 7 miles from the campsite, "Vélo Rail de Commequiers" is great fun for all ages.
With family or friends you can travel along the 6-mile rail track from Commequiers to Coëx.
You can admire the countryside around Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, the coastline, the traditional houses, cross the old station at Saint Maixent sur Vie and the viaduct over the river La Vie.
This original means of transport is like a pedalo on a track - better than a bike and bigger than an tandem.
So climb on and enjoy the ride!
